I got my first order last week, which included two shampoo bottles and two conditioners. Unfortunately, one of the shampoo bottles was damaged because of poor packaging. It ended up leaking all over. I reached out to their sales email twice, sent some pictures, and even called the store, leaving a message. I suggested they send me a sample size bottle to make up for the mess. But guess what? I haven't heard back from them at all.

It's kinda funny, really. If I had known they were based in Wimbledon Village before placing my order, I could've just popped into the shop. But that's water under the bridge now, as I won't be buying from them again.

I got Headway for my psoriasis on the scalp. My hair and scalp feel way better. It has a pleasant scent, even without added fragrance. It's soothing and gentle on the skin. You can grab a smaller size for just £6 to test it out first. I've already gone ahead and ordered the full size.

I gave these products a whirl yesterday - the shampoo and conditioner. After drying my hair, I was convinced I had skipped rinsing the conditioner; it was just one of those mornings at home 😂 My hair felt sticky and greasy, like that odd leftover conditioner feeling.

With SPF 30, it leaves no white residue, gives a lovely glow, and has vitamin C for that extra radiance and antioxidant defense. I’m really bummed to be out of it and will definitely buy it again! poor quality. my experience with their hair product has left my hair in the worst condition it's been in for two decades (dandruff, dryness, tangles, and totally unmanageable). I won't be purchasing from this company again. they didn't allow this review on their site, so I'm posting it here.
